Hello, recently (days) my boyfriend got a good job in Santiago de Chile, he is a doctor, I separated a year ago and divorced just two months ago, I have a two-year-old daughter of two months from my ex-husband; and my "boyfriend" has been separated for almost two years and is in the process of divorcing, waiting for a divorce by the end of December. The question is how can I take my daughter, without her I won't leave, that's very clear, I talked about it with the father and he told me that there's no way I'd like to sign the baby's departure from the country. I am in a dilemma because I also don't know if I can remarry before leaving the country, I live in Ecuador, I am Ecuadorian and I want to go to Chile but as I already said with my daughter and also married.
