i come from Italy and i am a barkeeper,i have a long experience in Italy in the management of the bar in the hotels 4s and 5s in Italy,i speak english,german italian and thai a little bit.i can work as well also like restaurant manager but i prefer the job in the bar with the preparation of cocktails and drinks,hot drinks ,wine service..Anywaiy i feel i can be also as well bar manager,as my experience in these years(12 years)brought me to know many side of this job.I administrated already many times a bar,with the totally organization and control of it.
