I am retired from the Federal Gov.and I live in Idaho. I have two grown children and I am presently single. I want to migrate to a nice peaceful country such as Costa Rica because I am not happy with the way that this country is headed.

Has anyone driven from The U.S. through Mexico and if so did you encounter any problems ? I am concerned about corrupt Police and Bandits. Thanks,Fred
