I would like to transfer to Morocco from March of next year. I have been working in the international cooperation sector for almost 18 years and I also have a little experience in the social cooperation sector.
I work in an Italian NGO and there are almost 18 people who work in the development cooperation sector. For 10 years I worked abroad and now I am desk officer for Africa in an Italian NGO. I also worked for 5 years in social cooperation in Italy, first as an educator and then working in an association which deals with the rights of people in difficulty.
I think that knowing other cultures and countries is a great personal and professional enrichment.

I have been working as a desk officer for Africa in an Italian NGO for more than 6 years and I take care of development projects.
I lived abroad for 9 years, in Africa and Central America, as a development worker: I was responsible for the country and development projects, especially in rural areas. In 2002 I returned to Italy: I worked for 5 years in the social cooperation sector, with an association which deals with the rights of people in difficulty, mainly elderly people and people with disabilities. I have now been working in an NGO for 6 years and I mainly deal with projects in Africa, as a desk officer.
I really like my work and the goals I have set for myself. I believe that living in a more just and equitable world is still possible
