Hello everyone ! We are a group of 20 Commerce Marketing students, and as part of our studies, we are establishing a Business Plan for the upcoming opening of a delicatessen selling French gourmet products in China. To do this, we must study the consumption habits of Chinese people as well as French expatriates in China. Through this blog, we wish to converse, exchange, survey, and administer certain questionnaires in order to best study these consumption habits and thus carry out our project of opening a delicatessen.
