My expat journey

Paris, France

Since Apr 2007

Paris, France

I am a writer, on-camera actor (primarily industrials - corporate training & marketing videos), voiceover artist and a university professor (MBA program in international marketing, event management, franchising, communications & PR).
Paris is a busy city, full of art and culture and interesting people from all over the world. I enjoy the conversations I have here, because of the diversity of the people I meet. I love the cafe lifestyle - where people often meet for food and drinks or just to sit outside and watch the world walk by.

I loved the desert and the feeling of the old west.
I disliked the Republican state government and particularly detested Joe Arpaio. I found people very insular. They didn't look outside of their state very much and never outside of the US. Their conversations were limited and I was lonely and bored to death most of the time.
