Sophie basically means wisdom and I realize that despite my wise side, I am bubbling with ideas and the desire to live life to the fullest. An atypical career path, so I will not talk about my professional career, although it is rich and enriching. I lived in the United States as an au pair almost 25 years ago, always wanting to return to live, but life offers us other paths that we take out of ease, fear or encounters. Today, at an age where my partner is less afraid to invest and leave, we are going to jump at the opportunity and put together an expatriation project to the United States to create our catering and bakery business. A trained baker with the Compagnons du Devoir, we are gradually looking for information to leave in a year or even 1 1/2 years, just to leave without any hassle.
