Hello, i am french living in dubai. Considering moving to SRi lanka with 4 cats. I am looking for a safe town and to start a small house to rent on low budget. Willing to buy a land to build a cabanas guest house. Mostly west coast. But can consider other areas up to Galle. I will be coming mi february 15 to visit lands for sale and house for rent.
