last winter we spent 3 months in Kathmandu and Pokhara, Nepal. while there, we lived in both cities. we went to see if we wanted to live there. we could. also, as businessmen we shopped for items to resell here in the states, to help pay for our stay. shipped home 300 kg of goods. selling well. we are selling them at flea markets, while touring the US. we like the life. will probably continue to do 5 months in Nepal and 7 months touring the US. Have now done a second visit to Nepal of 6 weeks. Have also visited and fell in love with the Lake district of Chile. known as Northern Patagonia. lovely place. everything i am looking for. year round green pastures. no haying machines, just cows. no feedlots, first world country. on a tourist visa you can buy property easily. on a tourist visa you can easily start your own business.
