Dear Forum, when renting a serviced appartment you are charged a fee for electricity and water now there is a price per unit so do all the rooms have there own meters so you can check your usesage or do you have to put your trust in who ...
my electric meter is often checked (by me ..hehe) coz it's at the stair case down to the elevator and the water meter is in the balcony of my room, just need to write down my last usage for the people on every 28th. :) Read More
