I live in Canada and the cold makes it very difficult to live, plus I no longer have a family. So me and a friend who are going through the same situation have decided to live in Costa Rica for the year and she will go back and forth. We are both retired, she is bilingual and I speak not only English but also Spanish which I know more than English, plus I lived in Costa Rica for 2 months in Jaco where I learned Spanish from the street. And I always think about coming and staying there now I have the opportunity.

My job was to be a landscaper and living in Costa Rica with my sister who is also an artist. So 2 simple people who love nature.

What displeases me is the lack of respect for life.
