hello I am French married to an Indian, we have a child, I have already lived in India, currently in France I am looking for someone who can give me solid and recent information on the changes for the Pio card. I have to do a renewal but no one gives me any information, neither the embassy nor the VFS agency... I have to return to India in one or 2 months maximum.
