I decided to come to Praia de Boa Viagen in Recife in August 2011 at the suggestion of an internationally renowned businessman, with the idea of ​​setting up a network of Espaços Vida Saudável in the Northeast. I had almost no knowledge of the city, its culture and the habits of the people, and my level of Portuguese was barely minimal, but I had great certainty in the business development plan shown. In September 2011 we began operations in an experimental unit and, together with this, to spread our new business, and to begin adapting to the environment and culture of the city, without having anyone we knew to give us initial support, we reached a basic goal of serving about 220 participants in the month. After 5 months of adaptation and pilot experience, we found a point that we consider suitable to develop the 1" Matrix Business Unit, in a room of about 20 m2 that we set up with a very basic, simple and functional infrastructure, to start the 1" stage of the plan. The growth was marked and 9 months after opening we managed to serve almost 800 participants in the month, which decided us to move to a new room with 40 m2 within the same premises in order to provide better service and more comfort to our Clients. Our Espaço Vida Saudável is today also a Training Center for Future Operators of Our Network and We Provide Training and advice on Network Businesses. In 2015 we began the 2" stage of our plan, which consists of developing our own Red de Espaços Vida Saudável in the region, transmitting our previous experience and offering the possibility of participating in a period as an apprentice/intern in our unit. At this moment we are focused on the selection and training of new managers of our Network of Espaços Vida Saudável.
