Greetings, I am from Puerto Rico, I visited Costa Rica twice as a tourist and I loved it. Its people, its natural resources, its climate are very similar to my island. I am looking for a change, I am a chemist by profession, everything is very expensive here and I believe that in Costa Rica there is quality of life. What do they tell me? Am I right or not?
