I am French, retired teacher, painter, singer-songwriter. I have already lived abroad on various occasions, currently residing in the Philippines, from which I am trying to "escape" as soon as possible.. I was considering creating my gallery workshop in Spain because France does not facilitate this type of project in any way... Moreover, life turns out to be rather difficult, especially for those who only have a modest pension (as is my case). But it seems to be a rather utopian project, unfortunately... As for my experience in the Philippines (5 years already of disappointment and disillusionment), I got completely "lost", it is a country which can only suit a majority of Filipinos whose only activity is to "eat, sleep and... make noise. (I must add that it is the only country with the Vatican where divorce and abortion are prohibited.. Religion is rotting this country where the hundred or so million inhabitants are extremely poor, in EVERY sense of the word. That said, good luck to those who want to enter, for my part, I "dream" of getting out, as quickly as possible, Andr茅.
