I'm a Mexican-American...born in Mexico, raised in the US. I never would've considered living anywhere else, but I've been visiting relatives in Rosarito for the past 8 years, and I've grown acclimated to the area. Once I saw the big corporations like Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, etc. setting up shop there, I knew I was "not in Kansas anymore." I bought some land by the beach and hope to build my casita there some day.

I am not retired and need advice on crossing the border often for work, and on taxes, etc. If you do this now, are you willing to share your thoughts?
