Hi guys, Patrick here. I am a Kenyan living in Nairobi. I am the co-founder of Active Motion Kenya, a health and fitness organization that usually seeks to promote healthier lifestyles through outdoor physical activities. We engage and organize activities such cycling tours and challenges, hiking expeditions, swimming and athletics.

Are there any cycling clubs in Nairobi? Would like to join, though cycling in Nairobi can be a nightmare! Do they go on excusions out of town? :cool: How about biking clubs?
