Hello, We have been based in Panama since June 2014, before that we lived in the United States, in Florida, from 2010 to 2014. I work in real estate, I am currently developing a program for the construction of individual houses in Costa Rica Pacific Coast type condominios, my wife works in tourism through a receptive agency that she created in Panama at the beginning of 2015 via a major tour operator based in Miami. We discover Central America with the beauty of these landscapes and its gentle way of life, but also through all the essential administrative procedures such as immigration, banking services, etc. and other educational establishments for children, an experience that we can share with possible new pioneers wishing to try a new adventure in Central America! :-) My construction program in Costa Rica can also benefit people wishing to settle down for a peaceful retirement by the Pacific Ocean or to invest in a vacation home.
