Since my dismissal I have been going to spend 6 months in Salvador da Bahia every year. I love this region which has kept its authenticity despite tourism. I acquired land by the sea and I plan to build a wooden house on stilts to spend my retirement there. I am waiting for my permanent visa as a retiree to start my construction.
