I have lived with my husband abroad for 12 years. We have been in Singapore, Auckland in New Zealand, Montreal, Quebec and now we are transferred to Johannesburg in South Africa for at least 3 years with our cat, a superb and adorable Ragdoll. My husband has already been in office since mid-April. For the moment I am in France but I am leaving with my husband for Johburg after his summer vacation on July 23 with our kitty. These are great experiences but quite difficult for me...(a lot of solitude). Indeed my husband travels often and I am often alone. Our children are in France and Switzerland and we rarely see each other. I'm starting to get a little tired of it but South Africa is a fabulous country that reminds me of my childhood since I was born in Brazzaville and lived for 10 years in the bush with my parents and my older sister.
