Hello, I am a civil servant and I would like, in the coming months or quarter, to buy a town house in Spain to live there as a second residence at my pension. As a couple with 2 children I am open to all your advice, opinions... on what I should do, the steps and above all what not to do when buying in Spain. THANKS
