I live between the Landes and Basque coasts at the moment, I had the chance to discover Thailand around fifteen years ago through a Thai friend living in France and since then I had promised myself to return there...and then life happens... I was planning to take over a pizzeria that I wanted to transform into a tapas wine bar and then the banks and the French legislation came to the end of my project... having had an opportunity right at the moment when I knew that it would not work in France for management in the Dominican Republic I went there to see and which ultimately was not conclusive but allowed me to travel and give me back that taste that I had put on standby for a whole lot of bad reasons...
