Hello We plan to share our time between Portugal and France when retirement comes (within 4 years...), but we would like to buy an apartment now in order to familiarize ourselves with Portugal and on the other hand to amortize the investment and not have financial constraints at the time of retirement. We are looking in the Albufeira area (Algarve) but are not limited, a favorite and if it turns out that it meets our criteria everything is possible.
