My name is Thierry (Terry) and I live in France. I am currently 26 years old and I have my baker's diploma and that of a pastry chef. I have had experience in baking for 5 years. I was even head baker after 2 years in a small bakery in a town classified as a seaside resort, so when the season arrived the hours I no longer counted it. Between around 10-15 hours per day on average and it could go even higher than that. I was also responsible for the turning and we did everything by hand, including straw and palm trees. It's been about a year since I stopped following the birth of my daughter. Having dual French-English nationality, I even have a UK passport. I would like to come and live in England because I have English family on my mother's side and the mentality there is completely different from that in France, the pace of life is dynamic. In addition, I speak English quite well even if I have lost a little over the years, I am sure that in 6 months I would speak English fluently again as I was little. I am super motivated and dynamic, I don't complain about the work to be done, I do it and I am able to listen to any criticism to move forward and help the company that wants to give me a chance.
