About
I come from Belgium and I lived near Liège in a small village "Chanxhe" near Liège, but I was born in Antwerp. I came to Spain for the first time when I was 4 years old with my parents and I have come back often because I really like this country, the kindness of the people and the climate.
I worked as a French teacher for 3 years in Lausanne in French-speaking Switzerland. Then, as I didn't like it so much, I worked as a ship broker in Antwerp for 3 years and then I stopped to raise my 3 sons. Subsequently, I worked as a hostess in professional food processor fairs while waiting to find a place in the maritime industry in the Netherlands in Dordrecht and Rotterdam. Still working as a shipping agent, I moved to Ivory Coast, which I loved, where I stayed until the port was closed due to civil war and I had to return to Belgium. Then I traveled a lot: Senegal, Gambia, Cabo Verde, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Martinique, Luxembourg, Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Norway, Sweden and to end a great trip to Northern India.
I love photography, the sea, walks, reading etc...
And now I have left my bags permanently in Torrevieja. I'm starting Spanish lessons next week because at the moment I'm getting by but that's not enough to live in a country.
This is my life in summary
