I have lived in Quebec for 20 years, now a chef by trade. I have worked in several restaurants, hotels and also institutions, I am looking for a job in South America in order to settle there. I have been divorced for 15 years and my children are adults now, I have moved around quite a bit within Quebec and also in France. I have quite a bit of experience in the catering field. I have great ease of adaptation as well as learning, I get by in English but speak neither Portuguese nor Spanish.
