I am relocating with my job. I therefore will rent out my house. The villa locates 5 minutes from Lions Garden, 7 minutes from the Humble Administrator Garden.
From the top floor of the house, you get the complete view of Lions Garden.
The total area of the house is 250m2, new and modern, with a taste of Copenhagen as I am Danish nationality.
Private parking in front of own garden.
The rent is RMB 15000 per month.
