Hello my name is Ransom Smith, I am a student who currently attends Knox College in Galesburg Illinois. I am not an expat as of now,but that does not mean that I have never considered becoming one. For the time being though the benefits conferred upon me by my US citizenship out weigh the aversion I frequently feel for its domestic and foreign policies. So for the meanwhile, I look to make connections with both expats and native citizens and strive together to realize the most important form of citizenship which is a global one.
