I have over 8 years experience in account management, Reception, Administration, and Customer service and account management roles. Having worked for the British government on the Home office and HMT contracts at Fujitsu, to managing over 50 accounts I have developed exceptional skills and knowledge to progress in my career and have attended many work place courses to enhance my business knowledge, customer service skills and how do maximize my workload. I also have a diploma in health studies, such as psychology and social skills which allows me to work with, communicate effectively and understand people on all levels and backgrounds. I am at a senior level for all administration, customer service and personal assistant and I can provide references to back this up of required.
