Turkey is inexhaustibly rich. If you want to meet wonderful people, Turkey is the place to go! Kindness, attention, hospitality, the Turks do not care about language barriers. Thus, the landscapes are sublime and surprising and the sea, for hundreds of kms, what a treat!!, warm and so beautiful that it invites us to swim and take boat trips. (One day: 12 euros, meals included). Every year and for more than 30 years, I have gone there, by car, in a caravan, in a camper van, by boat, and I would even go on foot if necessary, as this country attracts me so much. During all these years, I have had no worries, no problems, therefore no stress, only happiness!! Life there seems so simple, so pleasant and so hectic at times. In a word: We live well there. The problems aren't really problems for them. So many favorites! Each time, I am reborn. There, the past rubs shoulders with modernism, without shocking, like the difference in colors and religions. So, one day, I made up my mind, I bought a little pied-脿-terre, I had found the place that knew how to keep me. Along the coast, the beach is splendid and the sea warm. The walks along the port and in the streets of the small town, the colorful markets, the entertainment, everything contributes to happiness. I didn't have much money, but it's also a good investment because the real estate is still accessible there, and the costs are lower. I am far from regretting it, on the contrary, I am counting the days until I can get there and the icing on the cake, life there is half as expensive as in France. Finally, I can afford outings, restaurants, entertainment, Turkish breakfasts by the sea, the hairdresser, clothes, drinks on the terraces, without almost counting... Life there is sweet and lively depending on my mood and I intend to be able to spend a good part of my retirement there. Live well and age well, in the sun, in paradise with my friends...
