I will be moving to Colombo for good and hope to join a gym where i can use the treadmill, spin, join an aerobic class etc. When i was in Colombo some weeks back, i observed that the gyms (including hotel ones) seem to be male-dominated. Wondering ...
btw, found a very affordable gym in Colombo 07. the rates are at least 2.5 times lower than in other gyms and the facilities are nice and modern. it's Technogym at the Olympic House, on Independence Avenue, 100/F. friendly personnel, recommended! Read More
