I quit my job, along with my partner. We both worked at CANTV, a Venezuelan telecommunications company. We went to Lima with the hope of a better future for a couple that is just starting out. Unfortunately we did not get a job, even though we had several interviews, but the issue of the immigration card was the stumbling block. Without a contract you don't get the license. We lived for a few days in San Miguel and then we moved to Miraflores. It seems to me that Peru offers a good quality of life, we want to return this year. I wish they would give us the opportunity and hire both of us or one of the two. We have faith in God that soon we will return to Lima and things will be better for us.
