The relaxed daily mood. Even during weekdays in the city, people do enjoy their leisure time in many ways thay you normally don't see in Mexico City or other big cities. It's like being on vacation mode all year long!!
Despite what Brazilians my think, they are not that open to interact with foreigners specially in terms of working project, report or corporate challenges.
Though they work side by side among them, they do really stablish a "wall" very difficult for foreigners to cross.

Hi! Do you know if there is a zone in Sao Paulo like Condesa (Mexico City)?.... meaning a zone wher you can live near restaurants, parks, and that you may safely take a walk with your dog. Thanks for your suggestions!
