My expat journey

The insight i have gained into the diverse nature of civil society affairs has provided me with a strong professional foundation. Among my strongest skills, i believe one would find:
1. Management knowledge and expertise from a global organization pursuing clear goals in a multitude of cultural, economic and political setting.
2. Strong people manage skills, Development in an organization capable of attracting some of the most talented professional in Horn of Africa
3. Insight into current international civil society affairs. 4. Networking and negotiation skills.
i am very confident that my experience with core policy tasks as well as day to day, management of operational infrustructure in the VIborg Somali Association will be of value in my new possition as Advisory board member at Danish Refugee Council in Diaspora pogramme
