Professor of Mathematics at a well-known college in Ras Al Khaimah.

Phoenix, Arizona, USA

When I moved here, I got a job in a high school, teaching Advanced Placement Calculus and Honors Pre-Calculus. I graduated Cum Laude in Masters of Mathematics Education. Then I started teaching at Central Arizona College and the University of Phoenix. MAT-221 Discrete Mathematics became my "baby" as I developed a small workbook for the faculty at the local campus to use.

Love the weather, the customer service, the advanced technology which is integrated in everyday life.
They pride themselves of being free... Belgium is definitely more free than America! The majority of Americans believe in god, don't believe in evolution, nor global warming, didn't get a decent education. On average Americans are ignorant and not well educated. Even people with a masters here seem not to know much. Studying, like I've known in Belgium, is not something you'll need to do much, even in a masters degree. It's more about the work and the effort during the year and not so much about actual intrinsic knowledge and skills. As a result, they don't know much about anything, but they think they do. Don't talk politics nor religion. Americans are easily offended and think their nation is the one and only, the best in the world... god bless America. It's a country that definitely is great for many things, but without a doubt in decline.

Growing up in Belgium was amazing. Flanders offers great education. I studied 3 bachelors here (for free) in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Economics. I also got certified in teaching English as a Second Language

Educated people who are not offended if you have a different point of view. Great education. Decent Health Care, very cheap for whole family. Great parties.
The weather is probably the most disadvantage of Belgium.

I was born here. When my American dad passed away, my Belgian mom moved back to Belgium (and obviously took us)
