hello there, I'm coming back to Nepal for the second time. I thought coming to this site would be a good way to meet people who have knowledge of the country. I am planning on investing here in some land and guest house, and i would like meet people who have done it before. Also, i'm in between kathmandu and pokhara a lot, and i was wondering if anyone knew where to rent a room, or a flat, other than a hotel.Than you in advance, and may your day be great, Namaste, Richard
