My name is Alain Bertrand and I am a training and governance consultant. After a career as a translator and civil servant, I retrained in community work. I live in Beaumont, a small town located not far from Edmonton, the capital of the province of Alberta in western Canada. I am married with two children.
I've traveled to Europe, West Africa, Madagascar and Latin America. Am presently planning a trip to rwanda in June 2012.
