Pierre 'Bertrand' Boulle is British, was born in Mauritius and founded Investors Europe Stock Brokers in Gibraltar in 2001 after having worked for various International Banks in the EU. Before entering Financial Markets, Pierre 'Bertrand' worked with De Beers, managing diamond mining companies in DRC (Kinshasa, Tshikapa and Luebo), Angola (Luanda and Lunda Norte including Lucapa, Andrada, Cuango), Sierra Leone (Kono and Freetown) and Guinea Conakry (Gbenko - AREDOR). On one of his own Kimberlite diamond mining projects, Bertrand's partners included the World Bank (www.ifc.org). 'Bertrand' holds an MBA in International Business, is a qualified Financial Analyst and Licensed to trade many of the cash and derivative products on EURONEXT. Bertrand's specialist skills include the protection of MiFID Retail Investors within jurisdictional funding mechanisms. The Investors Europe Trading Portal extended its focus of activity to East Africa, Asia and Australia with the launch of Investors Europe Mauritius in 2013 whose Licensing and subsequent takeover of Investors Europe Gibraltar was approved by the Mauritius and Gibraltar Financial Services Commissions. In today's rapidly changing fiscal environment, the subsidiary's new role as an introducing broker to its Mauritius Parent Company has enhanced the privacy of clients.
