Hello everyone, Originally from Var, I moved to Languedoc Roussillon 10 years ago to open my restaurant. Still active, and after a trip to Malta, I am launching a project (in heaven!!! feet on the ground!!!) to settle on this island. Before the why... here is in a few words my private and professional French lifestyle: I am vegetarian, tend to be vegan and raw foodist, I eat locally and organically, I have my own vegetable garden, I am committed to protecting the environment and the planet, I don't like hyper-industrialization and department stores. I do not want to become rich, simply live correctly with my philosophy of life. My project will be to leave with my ideal, to open a small vegetarian caterer in Malta with a gluten-free vegan pastry option. Working with local products and the people of the island. My first step is this registration on this site.
