So I was born in Brussels and have lived there for 46 years. I am a trained chef, 25 years in this field before heading towards specialized education quite by chance? unfortunately only 2 years. And after this wonderful experience I became the concierge of a large building just as by chance. I have been involved in this new profession for 2 years, but I would really like to do something else for the 20 years I have left to work! I am also an indoor cycling instructor (Spinning) 2 to 3 times a week in the evening. A sportsman at heart and a fan of cycling (road and mountain biking). My desires and my projects are either to open a small organic kitchen restaurant, an extreme sports center (land and sea) or last possibility, to find a place in teaching and so much to do!!! all this under the Cape Verde sky.
