Our plan is to go as a group of three, my friend, our 2 and a half year old daughter and me. We are currently in the process of obtaining a study visa at the University of Montreal, for a master's degree, that would give us two years to try the experience, and after that, who knows :)
I am a student of English literature, currently doing a Research Masters in France, I work on Canadian literature for my research (especially Margaret Atwood, by whom I am fascinated). My friend is a pastry chef with solid experience here in France, in a position of responsibility. He is looking forward to sharing his experience and learning other ways of working. We have a two and a half year old little girl, who will be three when we leave, we can't wait to share this experience of being abroad with her.
Learn another way of seeing things, of living, of working, of considering the future. Meet people, listen, enrich yourself with intangible things. The landscape also appeals to us of course, but it is above all for the discovery of elsewhere that we decided to start this project.
