Hello, I am an English teacher, divorced, responsible for a 16 year old teenager and I plan to request my transfer to Reunion Island for the start of the 2017 school year. I would like to know what life is like on the island, housing, the cost of living, the salary index, the mentality of the island's inhabitants. I would like to be able to correspond with teachers who have left France and who have already had this experience. I have lots of questions I would like answers to.
