hello everyone I am very happy to be part of your very interesting blog I am French, I am married with a 14 year old child I am a restaurateur in the south of France exactly at Cap d'Agde, I have just sold my restaurant to be able to realize my dream of leaving and trying the adventure abroad, done, I have been a Mauritian resident for 5 months ,

I have been living in Mauritius since August, with all my family; I made the decision to live here because I am in love with this island. I came to work and completely change the busy life of France.
I am about to conclude to make a deal I have been a restaurateur for 17 years and I would like to share French cuisine in Mauritius and give back a little taste of France to all the expatriates on the island
I love the quality of life, the kindness of the Mauritians, the food, the culture, the beauty of the landscapes, the fruits, the spices, the ceremonies
the paperwork, the length of time to get papers lack of punctuality
