Newly retired, we plan to live in Portugal 180 days/year, starting in October 2017. We would like to find 1 apartment for rent in a recent real estate complex, 2/3 bedrooms maximum, large terrace, close to the sea, top floor with elevator (3/4 floor building), air conditioning, parking: €700/month CC.
