Originally from Toronto, Canada. I came here to broaden my horizons, and to keep living life with he who shall be referred to only as "boyfriend". In Toronto I worked in confectionary and pastry, my specialty is creating high-quality handcrafted truffles :) In a life before the kitchens, I worked in a corporate environment doing project and people management for a multinational market and social research company. I was good at it, but it just wasn't as satisfying as rocking people's tastebuds, so after getting all I could from my corporate experience, I left to do what I love, and to be with the person I love.
