Hello, I am a young Haitian who left the country at the age of 8 for the mainland. I am a building engineer with 10 years of experience in the Vinci Construction France group. I am currently self-employed at the head of a company with 10 employees in the construction industry. My wife and I would like to invest in our home country. We pay far too much tax in France and we are looking for and seriously considering investing in Haiti in the next 5 years with or without a partnership. Our main concern remains political stability and the security of investors. We want to set up a large-scale project. So we are starting trips to Haiti from December in order to test the waters. Any advice will be welcome.
