my name is Aymen Youssef Bouallagui I am from Tunis capital, I already have experience in the field of cooking as an owner.. after I sold my small restaurant I continued to have a good experience I got my diploma as a professional cook and from there I began my journey between restaurants and hotels, apart from the difficulties and problems that I found at the beginning I insisted on staying in this field and from there I cultivated my patience and I received my first contract outside Tunisia at tuxido restaurant
