Car accident not insured by Gustavo Allen
Question : what is I got involved in accident and I was the one in fault and damages other car and I use is not insured during the time of the accident what will be the consequences, now my car is insured.
I was hit by a car in Riyadh. Najam put other car have 100% fault. I submitted my claim to his insurance company and they rejected by saying that owner of the insurance was not the driver at the time of accident. Now how I can claim the amount? Read More
