I'm a Mexican American, born in Mexico, lives most my life in Texas USA. Currently I hold both a USA and Mexican Passport. Looking do live part time in Mexico and go back and forth doing business from San Miguel de Allende and Queretaro areas primarily. Looking to meet up with likeminded business folks looking to make some money in the real estate business, flipping properties in the area. Are golf carts legal on city streets in San Miguel de Allende? by hooligantv

Anyone know if I can use a golf cart equipped w lights, break lights, turn signals legally on city streets in San Miguel de Allende area? I know SMA very well but not sure I've ever seen one out on the streets there. Any advice helpful. Thanks.
