Chef running own restaurant in Hanoi. Going for one year culinary course at BHMS in Luzern, Switzerland in October 2017 finding chance to learn more about international cuisine and restaurant/ hospitality subject to bring back in Hanoi in order upgrade Dieu's Cuisine to its new chapter .
